Doula Services
As your doula, my goal is to empower you, provide you with evidence-based information, and offer unwavering support every step of the way—through pregnancy, birth, and into the postpartum period.
Pregnancy

Two in depth prenatal appointments in the comfort of your home. We will talk about your birth wishes, evidence based birth education, and pray over your birth.

If desired, I will attend your 36 week prenatal appointment to meet your care provider.

Text and phone support from hire.

On call from 38 weeks to birth.
Birth & Labor

I will be on call and ready to assist you whenever you need me.

Throughout your labor, I will provide unwavering support, offering both physical and emotional comfort, encouraging movement, suggesting optimal positions for your stage of labor, and advocating for your birth preferences, and prayer.

I will take photos and videos to capture the special moments (with an iPhone).
Postpartum

I will stay with you for 1-2 hours after delivery to ensure you're comfortable and settled.

One postpartum visit within two weeks postpartum. We will chat about your birth experience, check on your well-being, and answer any questions you may have!
